Euro-vox max v 2008 - disney channels

Hi , im new to this euro box lark as i only bought it 6 days ago. ok i have the euro-vox max v 2008. on the menu it says model-DVB-XC BoxV TDA , s/w ver - 1.0 STC4 oct 29 2007 , H/W ver - 2.0t K5 , Bootstrap v0001 , s/w Build Kuro.......ok i aint got a clue what all that means but its all there for you. i am in the cheshire area also if that helps. Ok set box up and got about 250 channels with a few duplicates but i dont seem to have any of the disney channels at all...any help please...thanks in advance

 

Delete all channel information and then do a power scan starting from 100.00mhz to say 900.00mhz I am sure you will then pick it up.

or get a channel dump from some1 in your area.

tried the 1st option you gave me and still no disney channels or sky sports extra.....i will have to find out where i can do the channel dump now. thanks
