Hello just bought the euro-vox and was trying to install it and when i clicked on the update channels button on the menu screen i got the message "No transponder to scan"! Would not be the most knowledgeable about these things, am i going about installing this thing correctly and how does one go about installing the if im not channels?? if anyone could help that would be great
My cable provider is Ntl and i am living in Dublin, south. Tried tuning it in with the install instructions but still not picking up any channels!! Any ideas??
Do a normal powerscan with symbol rate 6887, using frequency range 290.000 to 403.000, this is for N** Dublin cable. Make sure you are plugged into cable in and not ant in.

I am not picking up any channels and it says no Transponder found. I am with Chorus orginally although now they are merged with NTL. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Martin
Hi Karljd, I tried that but I ma afraid it does not work. The TP is coming up .000 and no channel numbers are appearing. Is there anything else i can be doing incorrectly. The system is 29.10.07. Thanks again
Hi Karljd, I am afraid I am not to technologically savy. How would i find this out? All I know is the I was on Chorus prior to them merging with NTL. Sorry for lack of details

hey im on cable managed to get most channels except bbc1 and 2 ,utv and channel 4 ive the eurovox max v 2008 can anyone help im in limerick city ireland????
