Euro-vox max v 'no signal'- 22oct

hi people,

I was wondering if anyone else has had there box go off suddenly today?

All the channels are saying 'no signal', apart from 1,2,3,4,5 and bbc news.

All the pay channels say 'no signal', but the epg gives info of whats on....

Box was fine last night, as i musta been watching the tele at about 3am, and it was ok...

Anyone else from Brum, or anywhere having these problems?

hi im having same problem eurovox max suddenly gone off tryed rescanning & doing factory default but only found 9 free channels help

 

I musta had like 20 people around brum phone and wake me up asking me what happened....lol

Im hoping patience will solve it.
If not, im hoping for the good staff here to help us try fix it...

Same here on both counts and I'm from Birmingham.

 

im from south yorkshire so its not just birmingham

 

It would appear than cable is down in general (Telewest) so that could be part and parcel of the problem.

 

if your normal cable is gone then you will not get the channels, you can check this by taken the cable feed out of box and plugging straight into TV, if no channels you'll just have to wait till cable comes back

 

Afternoon anto, seems to be problem everywhere at the moment mines down also, VM customer support numbers are down aswell probably due to the amount of calls they are getting.
