euro vox problem

    evening senior members
    deffo in need of some help!!
    i brought my box which is euro vox max v .. up to leeds cause im visiting for a week. ive plugged it in and no channels come up. i did a power scan and now im in trouble... its been a while since ive done it and now i cant get anything up.
    could someone please run me through the whole set up because i deleted the channels// cheers muchly

    Just make sure you have the coax in the cable in socket on the back of the box and do another powerscan using 6952 as the symbol rate.

    Once you have it set at 6952 it should work presuming the feed is live.

    yeah im sure the feed is live sc0use ive deffo plugged it all in solid.
    im just doing the power scan again how you said and see what happens.. i know that usually when you do a power scan it usually finishes and goes back to a channel dont it? hasnt been doing that with me, just stays on the frequency thing then when i go to update channels, it does nothing

    Make sure you are connected to the direct feed i.e. no splitter and where the coax enters the house. If it doesnt work do a factory reset, (menu, config, clear data, factory settings), and try it again with 6952. I would say try 6887 also but I am almost positive it an old C&* area.

    Once your TPs, (frequencies), have been found then you can update your channels.

    evenin lads iv got a little prob, iv just got back from instaling a box in me mates its scanned all channels except freq no 475.000 the sly sports its got a very low signal all other channels are sound bootle area any tips

    ok thanks sc0use , ive taken off the splitter and im doing the factory settings. may as well haha ive been here all day trying to sort this!!

    make sure your coaxil is in the rf in on the box.

    If its a eurovox maxv try the signal booster in the tv settings

    i lust changed the splitter the virgin one was only for a freeveiw box i think it had a blocker for certian freq no.it works fine with new splitter thanks anyway
