euro vox problem

    hi,im a newbie,all of a sudden my eurovox display has gone strange,when i switch channels the epg comes up with strange symbols,at first i thought i must have accidently changed the language,so ive gone into the menu and tried all the languages but the strange symbols ont go away.so i carnt even use my menu because of this.please help me

    You need to tell us the model type and firmware version.

    I think its the 2006 model,the one which is all silver,its not eurovox max model.How am i supposed to check the firmware when menu is displaying strange symbols,could you please give further advice and thanks for quick response.

    unplud the box for a few moments and then plug it back in again
