I have recently bought a euro voxbox ex1000 & live in the Midlands UK, I am on virgin media but bought the voxbox for upstairs, when i ran the scans nothing was showing so i have bought the box downstairs & channels have been found but the likes of BBC are showing but other channels are showing a imfornation box Scrambled Channel. What can i do to view this channel? Thanks
Have you flashed it? Press menu, config and system info and post what it says please. If unflashed follow HiTeck's Guide

Sorry for sounding a bit thick lol, i attached the grey cable supplied witht he box & downloaded i am now attempting to find a channel with the fast install now & it is looking like some are apprearing so i get post again once it has finished
It has now finished installing & is saying please wait, code is updating... which i do not think it done last time, so fingers crossed x
Ok i think problem 2 has arisen, all was going well i have gone onto a channel that was scrambled & for the past 10 mins it has displayed an imformation box saying please wait, code being updated Is this a normal length of time 2 wait?
