Eurobox max V can't get any channels

    Hi,can anybody help me i'm baffled.

    I have a eurobox max v with the latest software,but when i scan with the correct symbol rate N*L it doesn't find anything,But when i take it to my pals house who is on VM i put the correct symbol rate in and it finds all the channels.

    Please help.

    Press Menu, Config, Clear Data and then clear ch@nnel data.

    Turn off box for a min then turn back on

    Then do a normal powerscan from 290.000 to 420.000
    using symbol rate 6887

    UK ... You need to set the start frequency to 162.00 and the end frequency to 866.00 then set the symbol rate
