eurobox v-max update (lost favorites)

    hi all first things first thanks to all the mods who have had one hell of a week .
    there is an update avalible and yes it works but have lost all my favorites , is there a way of saving them from the unit before i do an update as i will reload the unit with the old firmware and then do the update .
    any help would great

    Yes , where you see Upload click on this and name the file whatever (ie "My Favourites") then click save , after this is complete put new firmware on your box then full power scan and get all channel's back on then re-connect to pc and download the file back on to your box.

    I've done this so i know it works but occasionally the channel frequency will change , if this happens sometimes you can scan the box and it will come back if not then you have to re-organize favourites !!!

    Cant see an update for Eurovox max-V yet...are you using the Eurovox max? thanks

    I have Eurovox Max Blue but the Firmware you require is on the edited by ddp, download this toolbar and click on the tab that says Files & Fixes and you will get it there.

    I lost all my favourites when upgrading the firmware. Trying to sort them in "add favourites" but I only have 4 categories. Anyone know how to access the music / documentaries categories etc?

    i have found it easyier to reinstall the old 04/08 software rescan get all the channels and then as said: dande101

    To find the other 4 catagories in menu - add favourites - click on the favourite button on remote nand the other 4 catagories come up
