Hi all, hope I'm not multi threading. If I am then apologigies to the mods. Quick question. A mate has given me his black Eurovox Max V to flash. I've downloaded the appropriate files and loader ( I hope )! from Eamo's so I'm familiar with flashing ( have done so for Replays and Digivox's). Only thing is I'm in N*L land and he's in C***us so I'm wondering can I scan for ch**s when the cable feed is my own N*L? Or should I just flash it and then let him scan from his own gaff?

    Cheers

Cheers Hitek, had a feeling that would be the case. Just wanted to be 100% sure before I shagged his box up :)) Will just put the firmware file on and leave it to him.

Thanks again for the reply, appreciate it.

You say you cannot reflash it? Have you tried the 18/04/08 firmware, but unplug the EV first and hit download and then plug it back in. Try that it may take a few attempts. You could also try a box to box transfer or reset the box with the microswitch on the PCB.
