eurovox 1000sl naration on films

looking for help for the eurovox100sl, when watching films sometimes get voice narrating the action. on the max i pressed the blue button on the remote this worked,tried the same with the 1000sl remote it did not respond any advice would be appreciated ta arky4

 

Try the red button then select another stream.
