eurovox 1000sl scrambled channels

    Hi Guys got a 1000sl for my mother who is on ntl. when i did a scan all yhe channels apeared to download according to the screen but after saving the screen comeS UP,,SCRAMBLED CHANNEL.. any ideas???
    did a factory reset but still the same
    software,,,1.0 st4 aug 2008
    hardware,,,,2,ots
    bootstrap,,,v001

    u need the correct software installed to help view the correct channels.

    you currently only have the free to air software.

    do you have the cable to connect the box to the pc/laptop?
