eurovox 1100usb

    Any idea why some channels on the Eurovox 1100 USB have suddenly become scrambled?

    unfortunatly we all dont live in the same town as each other, what country? area? provider?

    Hi I live in telewest area, channels have gone and message reads
    " Service Unknown" tried full scan - same result, have the codes changed?? I believe the eurovox Max blue I have is already loaded with correct software to update itself, any ideas?? please

    which telewest area? Did you check the virmin service page for outages?

    Hi MICKAH

    I'm in Lowton near Wigan, new to this had the box for 3 months and no problems until last night, its already flashed and auto updates codes,not sure what vermin service page is !!(said I was new!) and dont know what outages are? please Help .....




    which telewest area? Did you check the virmin service page for outages?

    virgin have a page on their site which lets you know if there is a problem in your area with the service, google Virgin Service page

    neighbour has same box and no problems..

    then factory reset and do a full auto scan, not powerscan. Make sure you select the symbol rate 6952 as your baud rate,

    thanks, box is a clone, if I factory reset will this cause any problems?

    nope mate, once factory reset, do a auto scan and it will pull everything, will take a while, but let it run
