Need help urgently. Even with powerscan at different symbol rates thru freqs 290-400 i cannot get any channel. Signal level and quality are about 80% thru scan but no channels. Just a blue screen with TP:000. Is there a way of setting the eurovox for ntl, i dont get the different keys mentioned in the threads

All you need to do is a normal power scan from 290 to 403 using symbol rate 6887.

Yo I'm having exactly the same problem with my brand new eurovox 2007. Done many power scans at 6.887 symbol rate and nothing happens. The transponder counter remains at 000. HELP !!!!

Do your power scan again but make sure it from 290.00 - 400.00

If you only do it 400.000 you will be missing a few channels as the last transponder is 402.000.

M8 trust me it will ive had about 50 of these boxes in the last week to get the channels and the eurovox blue red & black will pick up 402.00 on a 290-400 power scan.

Thanks for the info it will yes but you will need to set certain frequencies to specific Hz ratios simliar to a subbed box to attain the best picture quality I too know a little bit about theses boxes. If you use 290-400 in a weak signal area you will have problems.

Hey guys I've done a full power scan from 100mhz to 900mhz at 6.887 and at the end of this lenghty scan (about 20 mins) I still have TP 000 on the blue screen. I noticed the symbol rate on my NTL / Choras box is 6.875. I scanned at this rate too but no joy ? ANY SUGGESTIONS ????

Hey foxy_dub, where did you get your box. I got mine on Ebay from a UK based seller. He's seems OK and has plenty of advice. He has given me a returns address but I want to make sure it's a problem with the box and not me before I send it back.

Do you have an N** bill you could check on that if you have a sub with them. Or even better if you do have a subbed box and you are receiving all channels then it is true cable digital you have. If you dont do your neighbours have digital boxes?
