Eurovox 2008 No Signal

Hi, I recently installed a new eurovox 2008. When I run auto & power scan, it seems to detect channels. But when I go back to the channels I only have approx 30 channels from 145 to 177 all others are showing as no signal. Any advice would be great.

 

Have you downloaded the latest firmware to the box and do you have a true live cable feed.

I reset to factory defaults and then did a powerscan and it picked up all the channels.
