eurovox 2008 signal problems

please could someone help me i have a eurovox 2008 recently my channels started freezing so i did a rescan and now the lower frequencys signals are showing 75%-80% but dipping down to 5%-10% but the higher frequencys are ok, could this be a problem with the box or the incoming signal.

 

Have you got it in the direct feed?

 

yes it is fed from the box on the wall directly into the rf socket

 

Press menu, config and system info and post what it says. Apologies but I have to head, but one of the other guys/gals will be able to sort you out no problem.

just in answer to your signal problems this may help you go to tv settings and check that the signal booster is turned to on, i had similar problems with signal and this seemed to sort it hope this helps.

 

tried switching signal booster on but still the same
