Eurovox 2008 (telewest Liverpool) channel scanning problem

I have the Eurovox 2008 with the updated software (28/03/2008). I am in the Liverpool area with T*l*west and has been working fine until the 4th April where there was a loss of all channels.

I know that the key has been changed. Here is what I've changed it to.

Provider: 5A 01
Key 00: 4C D8 A0 68 F0 40 6A 24
Key 01: 2D CA CE 92 1C F8 52 3E

I have tried it the way round and swaping the key numbers around

It scans the transponders and finds 33 transponders but no channels.

Any help would be great thanks

 

Make sure your cable is plugged into the RF Socket and not the antenna port



If that fails try this \/

OK you need to go to menu, config, clear data and then clear channel data. Then do a normal powerscan from 200.000 to 850.000

Did what you said but it still wont give me any channels

A full powerscan between 100MHz and 870MHz
Symbol rate of 6.952 Mbaud

The search gives me 33 transponders. It just wont convert them into channels

 

Check your cable in the normal TV and see if its a problem in your area

 

put it in a regular virgin media box. works fine

 

hi im having the same probem i get 31 transponders but i cant get the channes to come up i tried what celtic sid and stil no joy, plz can someone help us both?

00 = be 62 64 fb c3 2c 73 f6
01= d8 9b e6 5e 3a oc 45 ae

have to manually put them in mines working now has said updating code all day put codes in and working fine hope this helps

 

Your T***P*** codes are wrong, try the new one;

00 = BE 62 64 FB C3 2C 73 F6
01 = D8 9B E6 5E 3A 0C 45 AE

Im in St Helens, Merseyside and this works for me as soon as it was entered

 

Thank God that code works. My mum was going crazy because there was no Jerry Springer! Doesn't take too much effort although i was under the impression that the eurovox would automatically update. Anyway, all sorted now. Thanks for the help guys!

 

While I'm here, I'm having trouble finding Sky Sports News. Anybody know the frequency by any chance?

I added the same code last night and it worked fine but now i'm back to square one. It's telling me that the code is being updated again. The code i have added is:

00 = be 62 64 fb c3 2c 73 f6
01= d8 9b e6 5e 3a oc 45 ae

with the provider code 5A 01.

 

Still no luck with the 10th April codes.

Done full power scan

Its plugged in the RF socket with 83% signal quality

gets 33 transponders but no channels still

Starting to get very worried. Can anyone help????
