can anybody help over the past two weeks my picture has been fragmenting and i have been losing signal, this is happening all the time, i have two boxes and it is the same on both. if i put the company,s freebox in there are no problems so could you tell me why it happens on the eurovox and not on the virgin ntl box.i have friends and family that live two streets away and they have no problems and if i put my box in thier house i have no problems with it.hope you can help.thankyou..........
would you by any chance using a splitter kit on your cable if you are try without it if it works i would suggest you get a booster for it
