eurovox 5000 pvr - changing clock

Hi all,
my clock is currently showing one hour behind and thus all programme listings are one hour behind. I went into timer settings but it won't let me adjust actual time.
Any ideas

It maybe one of two things,

In the Time setting menu try setting your GMT to +1
