eurovox and starview

hi there i am in east london and have both the above boxes, i have lost signal on both boxes. i am ex C*W and my eurovox is in a permenant state of signal update. I am assuming that the cable company have done something. can anyone varify that this is the case and if so does anybody know when a new image file will be available.i thank you all in anticipation of your help
