eurovox black casing but different slots

Sorry if this sound sill but I have 2 eurovox max v with black cases
However one has a lot less slots on top and different writing on front and this one has not worked sine i installed new firmware.
can anyone help me re finding out what version it is

Thanks a load- i will check when i get back from work - do you know if the same software should work or is there different version for clone also can i take it that it is considered a black one as opposed to red or blue

 

yes has to be the right firmware on them the fact that one of them is not working means you might have the wrong firmware on that one there are updates for the max v here http://eko.4shared.com/
