Eurovox Blue 2006 - 8000 error?? Grateful for any assistance

Please help

I added the new firmware to my blue box, which worked fine. However 24 hours later the box froze! When I press the stanby button I get 8000 message on the display screen. I have tried installing the firmware again but without any luck.

Any assistance will be most appreciated.

 

try the old firmwere download then flash with the new one try that

ok do a factory setting then download the firmwere 3 or 4 times 1 after the other i dun that it worked for me

 

the new firmwere mate do that 3 or 4 times in a row

Can you please clarify reference to factory setting? I have also reset the box. Is that the same? Please note I cannot access any menus.

 

yes reset it if u can then put it on stand by. download the firmwere 3 or 4 times 1 after the other with out unpluging it then see wat happens in the mean time i will look abot for u get back in touch and let me know

 

as I posted in another thread just download april clone fix and plug a video lead into your telly and also your box leave the scart out and it will come yp on your telly with a code box please enter the code 1004 and the press menu and put your scart back in and you should be able to get your box back to life,I have just done it with 2 boxes and all up and working again,just post if you need help.
