eurovox channel missing

can any one help. i've just set up a new eurovox for my friend. i've scanned for channels and they all seem to bethere except for setanta sports 1. i have setanta sports 2 and all the other boxes i've done have the channel but not this one. could someone tell me how to find the channel he's on telepest in the newcastle area.

 

Try a manual scan on 827.000

 

how do i do a manual scan. i'm doing a power scan at the moment

Have you deleted it ?
Check your channel listing and see if its at the end of it

 

i don't know what idid but after power scanning for the third time its back again. i'm new to this but i'll get it one day. celtic u seem to know what your talking about so i'm thinking of getting a kryptview arnet box what's your opinion on these. your advice would be much appriciated
