After doing a scan for channels with my Eurovox decoder, the channel list is all over the place. I can order it by frequency or alphabetically via the menus, but how do I revert to the old "grouped" listing? i.e. Entertainment, News, Sports etc?
Manual Move Channels Menu > Channels > Channel Manager > 1004 Press RED button for SORT Go to the channel you want to move Press YELLOW button for MANUAL Move the channel to the order you want Press YELLOW again Repeat till you have them the way tou want Exit and it will save it for you You can also sort them into groups etc or maybe download a channel dump for your location and transfer it to your b0x
A manual sort could take a while... unless I just do the ones I watch most I guess. How did the Eurovox know to group the channels by theme before though? I'll look into the channel dump... Thanks!
press menu-channels-add favorites-you get 4 options ie tv channels-entertainment-movies-sport.For another 4 options press the fav button just use the colour buttons to add the favorites
OK, I've put my favourite 20 or so to the start. I'd love to know why I can't retrieve the "old" channel order though. Thanks!
Ok, I can understand that a Powerscan might wreck the channel order, but how did the Eurovox know the order my NTL box had when I first installed it?
Ah, of course. That'd make sense. I'll see about getting one of those channel list files for my area.
