Hi I have just bought my second eurovox maxv for mt father as a present he is with n!! as am I (broadband connection) It works fine on my connection but when I try it on his N!!! tv package it sometimes gets a picture which crashes with noises and blocks or pixalates soon after and a message saying lost signal Like I say it works in my house perfectly and I only live about 1/3rd mile away any ideas many thanks royslowe
Get him to press the info button twice on the RC and post what it says for signal level/quality. Also what firmware is on it, press menu, config and system info to find out.

Yes that is the latest firmware, as stated above get him to do as I said, you are sure he is on N** and not telepest as they have been carrying out a lot of key changes over the last few days. He could also try the onboard signal booster. Press menu, config, TV settings and turn it on, this may help.
