eurovox code update not working?

    help me!!
    im from Essex and im using V***** M**** as my provider.. ive had my eurovox ex5000 pvr for about 5months now. I sometimes get the code being updated message and it works fine after about 30 seconds but im getting the same code update message again and this time its not updating... it hasnt been working for a day now??
    sum1 help please.. ne suggestions?

    yeah just about everybody having same probs . u need to update codes manually
