eurovox ex 5000 fix needed

    I have downloaded the 5000 pvr fix to a memory stick but when I try to put the software onto the box the file will not open as it is a .rar file. Can anyone help me get around this problem or doI have to purchase extra software for my pc. Have already used the free trial about 6 months ago.
    Thank for any help or suggestions.

    you'll have to source a copy of winrar or some other program to open that file before you put it on the usb key.
