Eurovox EX1000 SL Question

Hi all silly newbie question if anyone can help please
On some of my channels all i get is please wait code being updated. But it dosent seem to update does this mean i cant get these channels or am i not waiting long enough ?.

 

Have you flashed it with firmware. If not have a look here

 

Yeah been there and flashed with firmware UFL_EX1000SL_v1-0_DarX.exe as it was only FTA Firmware when i got it.

 

Press menu, config and system info. Could you post what it says please.

That looks like the FTA firmware. Do a factory reset and reflash with Darx.

 

it did arrive with fta s/w on then i flashed it with th s/w from HI TECHS link an this is what i have now. So you recomend reflashing then

 

Press menu, press OK, type 1968 on remote and check emulation is on, (sometimes defaults to off after FTA download). Sorry I am not home at the moment and cannot check the SW config. But I am sure that is not the Darx SW date.

 

not getting anything m8 wont let me put 1968 in off remote do i have to be in a specific menu to do this

 

Well it looks like it hasnt taken the DarX flash. Please do a factory reset and reflash with DarX.

Reflash as per HiTeck's guide that you used already. Factory setting are in menu, then config.

Right ive done a factory reset and then reflash with DarX and all is the same. Most channels are working but on some of them still getting please wait code being updated but nothing happens. As in previous post going into config and system info getting same as before

Still looks like its the FTA version you have. Try this DarX Download

Also after reflash do a factory reset again. Also check emulation as said above. If you reflashed with FTA only firmware it may be off.

Thanks followed your link to darx done everything an still just the same. But its deffo not FTA as im getting sports an stuff but still the code updating bit on other channels.
