Eurovox EX1000 SL

    Please can someone help me. I have just purchased a Eurovox EX1000SL and installed it using the Manufactures instructions, all the unscrambled channels are working fine, but how do I receive the scrambled channels. I have read in some of the Forums about upgrading the Firmware!! What is this and where do I get this from. Please excuse me for my ignorance on this matter, its all new to me :)
