hi guys i wonder if u could give some advice on my problem... i have 4 x EX1000sl recivers , i have been trying to load UFL_EX1000SL_v1-0Darx.exe firmware onto these boxes, when the software loads i get the message "version 2 detected / COM 1" then the message tHE RECIVER WAS NOT DETECTED, If u want to download the firmware in boot mode click ok below and AC power on your receiver...com port setting 1 When i do this , it will load the firmware on the boxes successfully, but i still cannot Communicate with the box to upload/download channels, i get a message no available comm port! so either i have comm port problem or faulty boxes? My comm port is working 100% with a Super box iam not using a USB serial and iam using XP... any ideas guys!??
Much thanks for your reply, a power scan picks up all the channels fine, my concern is how come i cannot link to teh box itself, i cannot upload / download channels no one else has this issue!???
