Hi I am new to the forum but I am not a total newbie. I have had my box for a while and working ok until a week ago when all the channels were scrambled. I downloaded the firmware and at the start of which the power light extinguished as it should which suggests that the firmware is being loaded correctly. After a fast update all the channels were back. Now I am trying the same process for a friend who has the same box but this time when loading the firmware the red light remains on throughout the process. It then goes to blue once the program has confirmed successful download. At this stage I am not convinced, but still I plug it in do a channel update. As I suspected the download hadn't worked. I retried the firmware download several times but the power led never extinguishes...Now I am stuck so please can someone help...
