eurovox ex1000sl help!!

    Can anyone help please recently acquired eurovoxex1000sl box and successfully downloaded relivant software , but when installed onto tv the picture is red and there is no sound.
    Do i required a digital audio amplifier (s/pdif) if so what is one of these and where can i get one .

    You say "acquired", where did you get it from, was it new or bought second hand?

    Have you checked your connections to your TV are pluged in correctly also in the correct sockets.

    have recently moved house eurovox has lost all channels and scanning is not picking anything up. Think we are on chorus now(have the box super and that found channels under an auto scan for chorus)ave tried fast insatll, power scan and deep scan- am using 6.875 to scan. anyone got any ideas im all out
