EUROVOX EX500 PVR - SET UP PROBLEMS

    hi,

    Have received my new Eurovox ex500 pvr but cannot get it to pick up any channels. I have flashed it with the latest (1.1) software but still no joy, signal strength is about 84%. My subbed V****N box works fine, so that line is live and receiving fine. I have done a factory reset and reloaded software but still no joy.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Model: DVB-XC EX5000 TDA
    S/W VER: 1.0 ST4 JUL 10 2008
    H/W: 2.0T K5 +D
    BOOTSTRAP: V001
    S/W BUILD: KURO

    Noticed this with one or two PVRs. Emulation should be on by default, but check it. Press menu, press OK, type 1968 and see if it is on.

    Your date for 1.1a should be the 15th I think. Not in front of mine so cant verify.

    tnx for the reply sc0user. i have sorted the problem out, dodgy connection at the back.
