Hi guys, I was wondering if you can help me. I've got the EX5000 and have updated the firmware successfully, and connected the box direct to my VirginMedia cable, and I have done a full scan (100mhz - 870mhz) on all 3 symbol rates: 6.887, 6.875 and 6.952 The signal strength is well into the green, but it takes ages to scan, and then doesn't find any channels. Not even free ones. I cancelled my TV subscription a few months ago, and just get the broadband at the moment. My main guess is this is why I'm not finding any channels. It's weird though because I can still get freeview channels through my Virgin Media TV box. Has anyone else tried this when they just have a broadband subscription, or is there something I've missed and not tried?
