eurovox ex5000 pvr HELP!!

    Hello,

    I have just turned my TV on and my Eurovox is show 'please wait, code being updated'

    i have tried turning it on and off. updating it but it still stays on the screen that it is updating i left it for about half an hour and it is still the same.

    If anyone could help it would be much appreciated

    just been on cable closet and they have a news alert saying all cable boxes are down at the moment and there is no fix for them at the moment just keep logining in and checking.
