eurovox ex5000 pvr scrambled channels

    my eurovox is still scrambled i can pick up 250 channels but all scrambled apart from normal tv can any one help please.

    ive done a factory reset,flash,power scan several times and also tryed the 1968 on the language settings but nothing happens when i pres 1968.
