I recently bought the Eurovox 5000 and set it up to use my cable connection (NT hell) I originally set it up to use 6887, did the powerscan everything worked. I then applied the firmware update and received all channels. Now after a week of using it I got the message "no transponder", then I tried another powerscan on 6887 but now get the message "No Channels" I connected the cable back to my NThell box and I get my original connection working. Does anybody have any ideas, I'm in Northern Ireland and 6887 used to work. Thanks
VM have been doing work in your area and some areas have been affected. Try a factory reset and powerscan.
