Hi im thinking of getting the Eurovox EX5000 PVR Just want to know is it currently possible to tranfer files from the EX500 hardrive to the PC? If so would you be able to use a USB to do it? I have read in another forum which says you can't as when you take the HD out and connect it to the PC the PC wants you to format it before it recognises it? Is that still the case? Any software out there yet? Just interested ....
As you have read you cannot do this with Windows and the PVR. You will lose all your records if you even try to attempt it. No solution as yet and I dont even know the PVR format, but expect Linux of some sort.

Mates got a Eurovox Max and EPG on that is great! Few questions that would love to be asked is: a) is the EPG on this Eurovx EX500 good? Do you get 7 day EPG? b) is the harddrive worth it? I here you cant actually 'pause' live TV ... i presume u would be able to but that wat i hear... c) erm anything else ... good points n bad Cheers Asif
