Hi, I can't view come channels its says " scrambled" the channels i've noticed are :- Sci fi channel MUTV Any ideas how I can get them back?
On the Scrambled channel press info twice, take a note of the freqs it will show at the top left hand side. Now go to Menu, Installation, press OK on User Installation, Enter pin 0000, Highlight the Freqs you noted before by pulling down on your remote then press OK so a tick appears at the side then press manual scan which is the "blue button". Leave it to scan usually takes around 30 seconds then exit back to bad channel. Should work fine now.
HiTech, Thanks fo the quick reply. I have manage to find these channels again. They have changed freq Sci - fi was on 635 and now changed to 491 mutv was on 675 and now changed to 507 I tried your below method:- "Now go to Menu, Installation, press OK on User Installation, Enter pin 0000, Highlight the Freqs you noted before by pulling down on your remote then press OK so a tick appears at the side then press manual scan which is the "blue button". Leave it to scan usually takes around 30 seconds then exit back to bad channel. Should work fine now." This actually gets the channels back. The only problem is I spent 4 hours manually sorting the channels out in the same order as sky tv. But the eurovox has sorted them back in autosort. Is there a way to get my manual sorted channels back? I did download my cdf file back but then mutv and sci -fi went back to the old freq but I did get my channels in the same order (sky tv). Is there another way? because i would feel guttered if I have to do this everytime a channel changes freq.
If you put the Firmware on your box without the Autosort it wont mess your channels up when you do a channel update, also next time if when you do a channel update go into user installation press powerscan and turn off Fav sort then exit back and do a channel update.
HiTech, Thanks for your advice, I can now confirm I have the two channels back with my manual sorted channels. I did flash the box without the autosort as you said.
