    Hi,

I received my new Eurovox today and I am unsure how to access the 'secret' menu.

Could someone explain how to access this please.

    All help is greatly appreciated.

You will need to flash the box first - have you done that.?

Once I have downloaded the firmware and placed it onto the pen drive what do I do then? Do I just insert the pen drive into the box?

    Thanks again for your help.

I've downloaded the firmware and did the data transfer and I think it's transfered correctly. Then do I just search for my channels or do I need to find the secret menu?

Thanks again for your help you have been great!

I've flashed my box and then scanned for channels and it's still not finding any channels.

    I'm really stuck now lol

Have you checked if the Emulation is ON, Menu OK on Language - enter 1968, and check that the Emulation is on. I have not got an EX 7000 but I think that you will have to put this (main_090122.tbn) file on to your box now, just the same way, you will find it here >>>>>

Everything is in Eamo's FTA Library, but try it with that one above, it was released later and is the latest for the EX 7000.

Does anyone know if Eurovox or anyone else for that matter have a twin tuner PVR capable HD box in the pipeline, liked the look of the ex7000, but know the single tuner PVR will get right on my man boobs after a while!

the only channels broadcasting hd are bbc so at the moment i dont think it is a good move to get one just yet im not too impressed with it but im a informed that there will be more hd coming on soon so my advice is to wait a bit untill you see one working
