eurovox factory reset symbol 6875 option not available

    I've just updated the firmware on a new 1000sl box but need to do the factory reset using symbol rate 6875 as im in a choris area.

    any help would be great.

    thanks i've gone through the help threads but couldnt find the answer.
    The problem I'm having is that, when i go to perform the factory reset, the reset option using 6875 is not listed and I need it for choris. only 6952 and 6887 are there.
    The firmware update has been completed successfully.

    When i reset using either of the other two 6952 or 6887 no transponders are detected

    It doesn't matter that the 6875 option is available in the factory settings, Just do the factory default on any symbol rate then reboot and menu channel installation, user installation, powerscan (yellow button) box will then load, change the top symbol rate to 6875 all the other instructions if needed are in my or malci's sig. (Eurovox Flashing guide)
