Iv had 2 eurovox's.a 2007 and now a 2008 and after a few days i get the message "an fault has occured with this unit.Do not try re program.Contact service provider" then box goes dead What could this be.Is there any way of fixing without sending it back again.it only happens with mine not with any1 elses
M8 i have exactly the same problem , check to see if your box is a clone , i know mine is not i have posted a request for help as well
