Eurovox firware update problem.PLEASE HELP!

    Took the plunge to update my red 2007 eurovox.Everything seemed to go as stated in the instructions.Just plud it back in there and when I go to the "user installation" and press "auto scan" all I get is the message No transponder to scan.Do I need to change the frequencies or something.I'm on N*L in Dublin.Thanks in advance.

    Is your symbol rate set to 6.887 ?

    Just tried that.I can only enter the symbol rate on POWER SCAN in "user installation" but nothing happens.Am I looking in the wrong place?

    you can only auto scan after you power scanned for transponders ... if your n*l ireland do a power scan start at 290.000 and finish at 403.000 with a symbol rate of 6.887 and press ok
