Eurovox help needed

Hi I have just got a eurovox 5 and followed the instructions on the site to download software as the first time I tried to do an automatic scan it didn't find any channels. I then installed the software from this site and it downloaded successfully. I then went to download the channel data and it said that it had failed.
The only thing I get on the box is CHDL in the display screen. Can anybody help me on this or suggest where I can go for help.

Ok , what version of Eurov0x have you got
What provider are you with
And did you try do this updates with b0x in stand-by

I can't rembember if I done it in standby- sorry
I have NThell basic digital pack

 

Ok , try update the b0x again in stand-by mode and see if the CHDL goes off the LCD screen

 

Ok , I just noticed something , the Eurov0x TX is ONLY for Chor*s MMDS and not N*L

 

I can't get it into standby the CHDL just stays on the screen. I tried to power it off and start it again a few times but it just stays at CHDL. When I pull out the power and plug it in again I get "boot" on the display then "f_00" then "ua_c" then "CHDL"

The Eurov0x Max V 2008 will work on N*L

 

Hi just wondering if you managed to get this F_00, UA_C, CHdl display sorted. A guy is dropping a box down to me to have a look at he got this display after trying to flash it..... is it an expensive paperweight or is it possible to reflash?

No never did get it sorted. The guy I bought it from won't return my messages either. Let me know if you find out how to get it sorted and I will if you do.

I know that I can't use it as I have NThell but a friend can if I can get it reset so it doesn't stick on CHDL
