Eurovox help needed

    Hi , im a newbie so i could really do with a bit of help,
    I bought a eurovox max v last year but only got N*L in this week, i have installed the box got all the channels up but their all not working ,i need to get new firmware, here are the details from the box
    Model-DVB-XC BOX TDA
    > S/W VERSION-1.0 STC4 MAY 30 2007
    > H/W VERSION 2.0T MAY 30 2007
    > BOOTSTRAP V001

    Can anyone help me out??
