eurovox help required plzz

    well i hav a eurovox max and i cant get any channels at all. yesterday i updated it with the new firmware, and when i tried scannig for channels it said sumat like "no transpondent to scan"
    i have now gone back to the previous firmware and tried scanning for channels and same result

    also if i do a powerscan it doesnt pik up any channels either

    plzz help
