HI. I have just flashed my eurovox max v box for the new sorfware which was available last week. I'm living in Dublin and have N*L. When i plugged my box back in i was told there was no transponder.

I've done a "fast scan" and a "user installation". Used mbaud 6887 between the frequency 290 - 420. My cable is in the correct spot, and still not channels. This worked fine up to last Thursday.

Am i doing something wrong or has my box fallen foul of the good people at N*L

Any help would be greatly appreciated......it's nearly xmas and there is nothing on the box!!!!

Have you plugged your cable feed in the correct socket at the back of the box, make sure its in the RF in and not the ANT socket.

Thanks for the feedback. I have my cable in the RF. I previously had it in the ant and was gettign a very weak signal (30%ish) but am getting 97% when i scan in the RF socket.

Still not getting any channels though!

Factory default then powerscan with the same info you gave before. 97% is extremely high!, has the box worked a your address before.

yeah have had since Sept '07. Had to update the firmware around this time last but has worked perfectly since. I'm probably doing something stupid. When it was plugged in originally all the channels were on it. and when i updated firmware last year was able to save my channels. Didn't do it this time and am paying the price now!!!

IS there any way of knowing whether the box is nackered? I'm pulling my hair out at this stage.
