eurovox keps sayin updated and not got a clue what im doing pls help me

    hi guys i am in essex area and have lost all my channels. just keeps telling me codes are updating i am with virmin. i didnt know this would happen and after reading instructions once i threw them away and i havent got a clue what im doing and i am useless with stuff like this. i am getting serious grief from the wife cos there no channels. any help would be much appreciated .
