    hi ive got the old eurovox box (the black one with the silver front) the code updating problem is bugging east london aswell. any idea on how to updat them?
    also usually the guy says to do factory reset and go to elondon cw and reset and usually all channels come again. but not this time. we are in east london and my supplier is virgin any idea would be appreciated
