    Hi everyone,
I have installed the newly released software (11/04/08) on my Eurovox max v 2008.It works great, but one little problem. On previous software by doing autoscan,it use to keep your list of channels & only use to add new channels to the list but this one relist them again??Is there anyway we can keep our list of channels rather than having them all relisted.I hate listing them manually.Cheers

Just to get this thread back on topic too, I too noticed that the new firmware screws with your favourites and channels if you do a "update channels", I used to use that function quite alot to see if any new channels had come out, or if any had changed. Now tho, it moves channels into groups where you dont want them, and really messes everything up, dont get me wrong, the new update is great as it fixes the auto-rolling problem, BUT, I wish they hadn't tried to be clever with the fancy powerscanning/grouping functionality.

Exactly the same problem here also with the new firmware. I tried everything to get rid of those preset favourites but I couldn't get anything to work. Cleared data and rescanned, deleted favourites and saved, rescanned the channels and the favourites reappeared again. Also once when going through the "Add Favourites" menu the box froze for about 20 seconds, went off and came back on again with a nice pop through my sound system.

Yes of course.Use the cable provided with your box to connect it with the PC & run the software,(Your box should be on standby)then click on download & let it finish. It will display download complete. Then scan the channels with fast installation & there you go no more keys needed. There are more detailed threads available on this forum regarding installation.
    Cheers
