hi i have had my eurovox for nearly 2 years,i recently moved house and when i plugged it back in the green lock light is on all the time and the remote wont work. i can change channels manually , i have tried pointing the remote through a camera and have bought a new remote. yet i still cant do anyting with the remote.all channels are still there. any suggestions will be really appreciated thanks
Take the lid off your box with the power turned off and check to see if the plug from the remote sensor has come loose from the board. Make sure it's pushed all the way down.
